He was predeceased by: his parents, Delmas William Jester, Sr. and Maude Miller Jester; and his brothers, Delmas W. Jester, Jr. (Vanette) and Maurice Jester (Emily). He is survived by: his significant other Cynthia Kirk Jester; his children, Wayne "Kirk" Jester (Carol) of Virginia Beach, VA, Deborah Anne "Debbie" Jester of Onancock, VA and Lisa "Michele" Stow (Mark) of Clemmons, NC; his grandchildren, Dustin Jester, Ashley Moore, Courtney Winstead and Mallory Williams; and his great grandchildren, Berkley Moore, Shelby Moore, Hunter Winstead, Caroline Winstead, Paige Winstead and Cooper Williams. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
