He is survived by: his fiancée Linda Wheatley; his son Robert Lee "Bobby" Windsor (Angelica Marie) of Baltimore, MD; his brothers, Robert Arnold Windsor of New Church, VA, Tommy Lee Windsor (Sallye) of Lewes, DE and David William Windsor of Onancock; his grandchildren, Bradlee Marie Windsor and Phillip Walter Hope; his nephews, Thomas Warren Windsor (Allison), Andrew David Windsor and Terry Hamilton Windsor (Rebecca); and his caregiver Willie Mae Bailey.
