He is survived by: his wife Renee; his daughter Phoebe Parker (Shacory); his grandson Peyton of Newport News, VA; his siblings, Patricia Abney of Brooklyn, NY, Violet Garrison of Dagsboro, DE, Howard Abney (Rebecca) of Frisco, TX and Anthony Abney (Nyerera) of Baltimore, MD; his uncle Alvin Abney (Kathryn) of Forest Park, GA; his nieces and nephews, Natasha Fabiano (Anthony), Rajai Robinson (Andre) of Pocomoke City, MD, Brandon Garrison, Steve Abney, Jamahl Brickhouse (Rebecca) of Salisbury, MD, Rev. Vincent West (Dora) of Onancock, VA and Michael West; his mother-in-law Alston Finney of Parksley, VA; his sister-in-law Cheryl Kelley of Pocomoke City, MD; and his son Rashawn Brown of Accomac, VA.. He is also survived by great nieces and nephews, relatives and special friend.
