He was predeceased by: his spouse Karen Mary Cieslik; his parent Thaddeus Cieslik; and his niece Diane Angst. He is survived by: his parent Cecilia Tryger Cieslik; his daughters, Joanne Loiuse McGovern of Onancock and Cheryl Ann Milford of Gastonia, NC; his sister Cecelia Angst of Cinnaminson, NJ; his grandchildren, Justine Barnes, Julie Narisi, Timothy O'Shea and Scott Milford; his great grandchildren, Rylan, Rory Barnes, Timothy, Jonathan O'Shea, Jayden and Jocelyn Narisi; his nieces, Margie Switzer and Elizabeth Atkinson; his great-niece Deborah Steele; and his great-nephews, Thomas Steele and Jonathan DePhilippo, Jr..
