He was predeceased by: his wife Deborah Leigh Greene; his parents, Samuel Phillip Greene and Della Marshall Greene; and his daughter Cindy Greene. He is survived by: his children, Phillip L. Greene (Brandi Pianka) of New Church, VA, Teresa Smith (Jack) of New Church, VA, Babette Kennovin (Neil) of New Church, VA, Sonny J. Kelly of Seaford, DE and Shawn Kelly of Hallwood, VA; and his grandchildren, Phillip, Jr., Justin, Cody and Lexi. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
