With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Russell George Johnson Jr. of Onancock, Virginia, who passed away on October 12, 2021 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Emma Jane Johnson; his parents, Russell Johnson and Myrtle Johnson; and his sister Agnes. He is survived by: his stepdaughter Bonnie Broadwater of Sanford; his grandchildren, Jennifer Hilker of Charlottesville, VA and Brian Broadwater (Karen) of Sanford; his great grandchildren, Madison Broadwater, Matthew Broadwater, Meagan Broadwater, Emma Hilker, Jacob Hilker, Mary Hilker and Dakota Barnes; and his sisters, Esther and Alice. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
