He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald D. Case and Sara Marie Robinson Case; and his brother Donald Case. He is survived by: his daughters, Laura Case (Terry Head) and Sally Case Schreiber (Scott); his grandchildren, Jack Schreiber and Annie Schreiber; his brother Alan Case (Jackie); and his close friends, Phyllis Reilly, Olivia Reilly, Art and Maria Stappenbeck. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
