She was predeceased by: her husband Bobby Wayne Lewis; her parents, Louis Crockett and Ella Dize Crockett; and her siblings, Evelyn Carpenter, Eldora Hunt, Joanne and Lewis Lynwood Crockett.
She is survived by: her daughters, Ronda Bennett of Deep Creek and Michelle L. Donahoe of Saxis, VA; and her grandchildren, Heather, Britany, Jessica, Patrick and Kassidy. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
