We are sad to announce that on August 10, 2022, at the age of 71, Patricia Elaine Doughty (Onancock, Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Garfield Phelps and Vivian Vestha Phelps; and her brother Robert Phelps. She is survived by: her brother Wayne Phelps. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
