She was predeceased by: her parents, John Hamilton Taylor and Blanche Parker Taylor; her husband Charles "Raymond" Evans; and her siblings, Barbara Davis, Virginia Killmon and Harry Taylor.
She is survived by: her children, Frederick Michell (Sharon) of Charlottesville, VA, Teresa Mongeau of Marretta, GA, David C. Michell of Cashville and Elizabeth M. "Betsy" Wallace (James Jr.) of Belle Haven, VA; her brother Robert "Bob" Taylor of Onancock, VA; her grandchildren, Stacey Warham, Josh Michell, Kimberly Johnson, Kelly Poole and Jenifer W. Ward; and her great grandchildren, Katherine, Nathaniel, Charlotte Austin, Naomi, T. J. Johnson, Gabriel, Adeline Poole, Bryce, Ava and Colten Ward. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
