It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lorraine Vivian Herbert (Onancock, Virginia), who passed away on April 12, 2023, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband John James Herbert; her parents, Carol Vivian Miller Harbin and Howard Elwood Higbee; and her brother Jim Harbin. She is survived by: her children, Tiffany Anne Blackwell (Pete) of Parksley and Timothy Herbert (Kendra) of Grand Rapids, MI; her siblings, Cathie Marrison of Lancing, MI, Donald Higbee (Liidia) of Battle Creek, MI and Phillip Higbee of Nashville, MI; her grandchildren, Andrew Higgins, Brittany Higgins, Zachary Higgins (Whitney), Mercedes Herbert Gonzalez, Tiffany Kurszewski (Steve), Brad-Lee Herbert, Allysa-Lee Herbert, Trenton Bumstead and Brenden Herbert; and her friends, Kathy Slagter and Fred Gilliam, Jr.. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
