Payne (Joyce); her daughter-in-law Joanne Y. Payne; her brother Richard J. Lewis; her grandchildren, Jay Payne (Chris), Rodney Kilmon (Cindy), Marshall Payne (Kerianne), David Payne (Sam), Sharon Schwarzmann (John) and Angela Noe (Mike); her great grandchildren, Daniel Payne (Anna), Ryan Kilmon, Tyler Noe, Gates Schwarzmann, Michael Payne, Lauren Sinclair (Cappy), Courtney Noe-Laudermilch (Brett), Emily Payne, Maggie Schwarzmann and Maddie Payne; and her great great grandchildren, Ryder Sinclair and Luke Laudermilch. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
