He was predeceased by: his parents, Thurman Leonard Holdren and Marjorie Bradley Holdren. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Holdren; his children, Jeffrey Holdren, Tyler Lewis and Sarah Nottingham; and his grandchild Wills Nottingham. He is also survived by his family, friends.
