She was predeceased by: her parents, Emory Fosque Hurst, Sr. and Florence Jean Clark Hurst. She is survived by: her husband Danny L. Killmon; her daughter Laura Jean Thornton (Arthur) of Quinby, VA; her stepsons, Ronald Scott Killmon (Tanya Lynn) of Harborton and James Mark Killmon of Melfa, VA; her brothers, Emory Hurst, Jr. (Kathy) of Cashville and Andy Hurst (Susan) of Onley, VA; her grandchildren, Michael, Charles Colona, Colby, Jaelyn Killmon, Madison and Kyler Killmon; and her nephew Aaron "Gator" Hurst. She is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
