He was predeceased by: his parents, James E. Parker, Sr. and Frances Matthews Parker. He is survived by: his daughters, Missy Parker Murphy (Billy) of Onancock, VA, Heather Parker Hall (Ben) of Onancock, VA and Kim Parker Justice (Bryan) of Onancock, VA; his brother Harry Parker (Pat) of Onancock; his grandchildren, Austin (Parker Murphy), Chloe, Rylee (Brody Hall) and Haylie (Reagan Justice); his nephews, Matt and Jake Parker; and his great-nephew Landon. He is also survived by his children and grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Jimmy's memory to a charity of one's choice.
