He was predeceased by: his spouse Josie Doughty Lovell; his parents, William Seth Lovell and Anna Kochersperger Lovell; his daughter Tabitha L. Paranzino; and his brother Edward Lovell.
He is survived by: his son William Davis Lovell (Tracy) of Onancock; his sister Anna Brown of Bloxom, VA; his grandchildren, Matthew Paranzino, Christopher Paranzino, Joanna Williams (Tony), Jennifer Lovell and Sarah Grace Lovell; and his great grandchildren, Vanni Williams and Taliyah Williams. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
