"Bobby" Phillips of Schooner Bay, VA, Emily Phillips (Rudy Webster) of Bloxom, VA and Dani Bowen (Donnie Tyler) of Parksley; his sister Donna Phillips Roache (Leo Chandler) of Onancock; his grandchildren, Alison P. Sapp (Justin), Joanne P. Carman (Josh) and Logan Sterling; his great grandchildren, Myles Sapp, Gabbi, Leighton and James Carman; his niece Holly Jones; and his nephew John Cut Roache.
