With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Fred Earl Allen of Onancock, Virginia, born in Houston, Texas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 6, 2024 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Allen and Mamie Crawford Allen; his wife Jeannie Dickison Allen; and his siblings, Ethel Martindale, Ardis Allen, Catherine Kline, Ernestine Hays, Jane Cartwright, Betty Jo Christian and Cary Allen.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Allen (Roderick Sampson) of Virginia Beach, VA, Jennifer Allen (Dave Miller) of Bridgeton, Lorre Allen (Joseph Riley) of Onancock, VA and Denise Allen Still (Hank) of Houston, TX; his grandchildren, Quinn Allen-Riley (Brittany), Lyon Allen-Riley, Connor Allen Carr, Oliviah Jeanette Carr and Lilah Grace Carr; his nieces, Virginia "Ginger" Kline Norris and Betty Lou Morrison; and his nephew Jack Hays. He is also survived by grand nieces and nephews and cousins; and so many good friends.
