She was predeceased by: her parents, Page W. Mariner and Mary Pusey Mariner. She is survived by: her husband Linwood B. Windsor, Jr.; her sons, Robert Windsor of Onancock, Andrew Windsor of Raleigh, NC and David Windsor of Snowshoe, WV; her sister Emily Young of Prince Frederick, MD; her niece Melissa Young of Onancock; her nephew Timothy Young of Prince Frederick; her granddaughter Raven Windsor; and her pets, Midnight and Buttercup.
