She is survived by: her daughters, Laura Evans (Elton III) of Aylett, VA, Belinda Winslow (Jim Campbell) of Virginia Beach, VA and Natalie Parks (Stewart) of Onancock; her siblings, Nancy Smith (Lawrence Jester) of Gargatha, VA and George Lloyd "G. L." Smith III (Pat) of Accomac, VA; her nephew Tommy; her grandchildren, Rachel Carr (Michael), Elton Evans IV (Kayla), William Winslow (Mariah), Autumn Parks, Will Parks and Russ Parks; her great grandchildren, Evelyn, Waylon Carr, Isabella and Kinsley Parks; her close friends, Peggy Rice and Carol Dale; and also, Rev. Steve Miller and Vonda Miller.
