She was predeceased by: her husband Daniel Earl Nethery; her parents, William Oliver Taylor and Virginia Lee Smith Taylor; her siblings, William "Bill" Taylor and Eileen Shelton Thomas; and her nephews, Gene Shelton, Jr. and Billy Greer.
She is survived by: her sons, Andrew "Dusty" Nethery (Brittany) of Deep Creek, VA and Rusty Shane Nethery of Southside Chesconnessex; her siblings, Barbara Lilliston, Gene Shelton (Kathy) and Cecil Taylor (Rhonda); her granddaughters, Hailey and Elaina; her nieces and nephews, Barbara Jean Bundick, Robert, Marvin, Norman, Cecil Bundick, Vonnie Thornton, John, James Bowen, Tina Shelton, Lori Krause, Bev, Jenny Wilkerson and Tammy Taylor; and her sister Brenda Wright. She is also survived by extended family members and countless friends.
