He was predeceased by: his wife Gloria T. Dragan; and his parents, Stephen Dragan and Naomi Dragan. He is survived by: his daughters, Chandra "Dee" Dragan of Arlington, VA and Lori Egan (Peter) of Fredericksburg, VA; his grandsons, Daniel T. Egan and Travis J. Egan; and his stepgrandson Paul Egan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
