He was predeceased by: his parent Joseph Donald Savage; and his nephew Richard "Rick" Dion Savage. He is survived by: his parent Joanne Gardner Savage; his brother Richard G. Savage of Onley, VA; his nephews, Sarah Mae Taylor of Matthew Taylor, Richard Riley Evans and Kaitlyn Savage; and his friend Jerry Gregory of Rehoboth, DE..
