He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Fosque Williams and Marjorie Spence Williams; his wife Dorothy Lorraine Williams; and his sister Carolyn Powell. He is survived by: his children, Rick Williams (Brady) of Parksley, VA, Angie McCullough (Dwayne) of Onancock, VA and D. L. Williams (Michelle) of Onancock, VA; his sister Joyce Stevens of Onancock; his aunt Evelyn Roberts of Maryland; his grandchildren, Stuart McCullough (Phoebe) of Ashland, VA, Lauri Boucher (Tommy) of Woodland Hills, CA, River Williams (Jennifer) of Ramstein, AFB, Germany, Corbin Williams of Melfa, VA and Kady Smith (Shane) of Pungoteague, VA; and his great grandchildren, Cailin, Camden McCullough, Carolina, Corbin-Lee, Karson, Aulden Williams, Cheyenne Smith and Benjamin Boucher. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
