He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Norman Kelly and Mary Lou Robinson Kelly; and his sister Mary Ellen Kelly. He is survived by: his daughter Crystal Miller Potts (Jonathan); his grandchildren, Brandon and Cassidy; his son Daniel Paul "Danny" Miller; his grandchildren, Revell and Kellyn; his siblings, Linda Mears (Barry), Michael P. Kelly (Debbie) and Philip L. Kelly (Terri); and also Heather. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, please consider bringing a canned food to the service, which will be donated to the Foodbank of the Eastern Shore in honor of Dave's love for the game of "Can Ball.".
