It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Chuck Parks (Onancock, Virginia), born in Nassawadox, Virginia, who passed away on February 25, 2020, at the age of 43, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, William Charles Parks, Sr. and Brenda Allen Parks of Onancock, VA.; his sisters, Terri Parks Allen of Onancock, Lisa Parks Mason (Tom) of Accomac, VA and Becki Parks of Parksley, VA; and his nieces and nephews, Colby, Kelsey, Jakob, Maci and Casey.
