He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Leonard Kelly and Nola White Kelly; and his brothers, Michael Kelly and Stephen Kelly. He is survived by: his brother Harry Kelly of Parksley; his niece Leesa Kelly of Greenbackville; and his nephew Jason Kelly of Temperanceville. He is also survived by four great-nieces and great-nephews.
