He is survived by: his wife Catherine Sonya "Cathy" Humphreys; his friend Joanne Boyko; his brother-in-law Fred Scalise; his nephew Scott Scalise; his great-niece Samantha; his great-nephew Tyler; his nephew James Kolosek (Michelle); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jordan and Nicholas; his great-niece Anna Christina; his nephew John Edward Kolosek; his great-nephews, Joshua, Jake and John II; his great-niece Megan; his great-nephew Brendan; his nephews, Todd Humphreys and Keith Humphreys (Karen); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jessica, Hannah, Daniel, Mark Humphreys, Stacy Humphreys and Randy Scalise; and also, Barbaranne McDonald (Christopher), Lawson Humphreys, Mark, Jr., Jonathan, Katie, Rachael and Deanna. He is also survived by friends.
