It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Elaine Bramlett (Onancock, Virginia), born in Alexandria, Virginia, who passed away on June 11, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilma Smith, and Sgt. James T. Smith, Jr.; and her sister Wilma Lynn LaBatte. She is survived by: her husband Col. Rick Bramlett; her sister Annie Brown (Cleveland) of Alexandria, VA; her children, Amy Grose (Larry) of Lorton, VA, Abby Kenerly (Bill) of Greenville, NC and Matthew Bramlett (Rebecca) of Durham, NC.; her grandchildren, Molly Anthony (Joshua), Mason Grose, Will, Paige Kenerly and Myer Bramlett; and her great grandchildren, Parkis and Avery Anthony.
