She was predeceased by: her parents, Mozella Downing and Otho Downing; her husband Charles Lumley; her mother-in-law Gladys; her sister-in-law Dorothy Willis; her niece Debbie Colonna; and her nephew Larry Willis.
She is survived by: her daughter Diana Carol Lumley of Parksley, VA; her brother Otho William "Bill" Downing Jr. of Seaford, DE; and her nephews, Keith Downing of Martinsville, VA and Jamie Willis of Eastville. She is also survived by many great nieces, nephews and cousins.
