She is survived by: her husband Howard Cook, Jr. of Oakwood, VA; her children, Kimberly Cook Keen (Anthony) of Bristol, VA and Kevin Wayne Cook of Oakwood, VA; her siblings, Connie Blankenship (Steve) of Russell Prater, VA and Ronnie Kinder (Debbie) of Dismal, VA.; her grandchildren, Kourtney Jayde Justus, Austin Reid Compton and Corey Randall Compton; and her great grandchildren, Liam Reid Compton and Jaylon Raye Justus.
