He is survived by: his mother Anna Pearl Steele Ratliff of Oakwood; his wife Sandora Hale Ratliff; his children, Elizabeth Michelle Jones (Coby Allen) of Edmond and Jason DonAllen Ratliff (Darcy) of Grundy; his grandchildren, Christian DonAllen Ratliff, Kendall Elizabeth Jones, Bentley Jason Ratliff, Payson Jane Ratliff and Ellis Allen Jones; and his siblings, Stoney Ratliff (Karen), Johnny Ratliff (Jasmine), Marianne Fletcher (David) and Bert Whitt (Bonnie). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
