She was predeceased by: her parent Lonnie Raleigh West; her husband Hensley Dowayne Goad, Sr.; her daughter Dianne G. Witt; and her grandson Trey Goad. She is survived by: her parent Bevie Laughon West; her children, Peggy G. Atherly (Scott) of Vacaville, CA, Ada G. Kirby of Evington, Lonnie Ray Goad (Debbie) of Lynch Station, Dowayne Goad of Huddleston, Mark Goad and Tim Goad; and her sister Janet W. Irby of Hurt. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.
