Reginald Dennis Scruggs Sr. Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Reginald Dennis Scruggs Sr. (Oakwood, Virginia), born in Lynchburg, Virginia, who passed away on January 20, 2019, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Doris Torian Scruggs; his parents, Frank Scruggs and Mabel Collins Scruggs; his son Gerald Bryan Scruggs; his brother Howard Scruggs; his children, R. D. Scruggs Jr. and Cathy Scruggs of Forest; and his brother Lewis Scruggs (Linda) of Lynchburg. He was also cherished by six grandchildren, six great grandchildren and numerous nieces & nephews.
