She is survived by: her husband Jerry Lee Cook of Connelly Springs, NC; her children, Shana Proffitt (Benny) of Connelly Springs, NC and Matthew Cook (Kim) of Conover, NC; her siblings, Connie Blankenship (Steve) of Russell Prater, VA, Thyllis Cook of Oakwood and Ronnie Kinder (Wilma) of Patterson, VA.; and her grandchildren, Brooke A. McClendon (Drew) and Noah Proffitt. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
