She is survived by: her stepchildren, Barbara Ann Blankenship of Martinsville, VA and Billy Ray Payne of Oakwood, VA; her siblings, Ida Jean Hurley of Hurley, VA, Betty Malone (Willard) of Grundy, VA, Gary Hurley (Ruby) of Hurley, VA., Edgar "Billy" Hurley of Hurley, VA. and Jimmy Hurley (Billie Jean) of Hurley, VA.; her grandchildren, Ashley Nicole Rose (Jack) and Justin Lee Stell; her stepgrandchildren, Jerry Lee Payne, Jr., Barry Scott Payne, Melissa McCall, Jessie Blankenship, James Blankenship, Brian Blankenship, Kennith Blankenship and Richard Blankenship; her great grandchildren, Seth Spurling, Logan Spurling, Adriana Spurling and Bella Stell; and her nephew Kermit Hurley.
