She is survived by: her husband Nelson Leon Horne; her daughters, Leona Laverty (Thomas Laverty) of Monroe, MI and Lee Anna Horne of Oakwood, VA; her sisters, Charlotte Mullins, Nancy Keene, Joyce Brown, Mary Kathy Smith (Stanley Smith) and Rebecca Blankenship (Tony Blankenship); her siblings-in-law, Bill Horne, JoAnn Horne, Shelby Horne, Shirley Horne and Betty Shrader (Allen); her grandchildren, William "Liam" August Laverty, Elizabeth, Sarah Beth Horne, Jesse and James Blankenship; and her nieces and nephews, Billy, Susan Horne, Jonathan Keene (Beth), Jennifer Minton (Cody), James Keene, Jessi Dodson (Tim), Sarah, Emma, Alice Dodson, Annah Smith, Patrick Horne, David Allen, Richard Lynn, Dewey and Joseph Mullins.
