He is survived by: his siblings, Betty Sue Charles of Vansant, VA, Farley Franklin Meadows of Irving, TX, Eddie Dean Meadows of Madison, OH and Jerry William Meadows of Honaker, VA.; and his granddaughter Summer Elizabeth Tolbert. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
