He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Deedy, Edna Kelly and Roland Lee; and his aunts and uncles, William Roland Lee, Harless Kelly, Robert Kelly, Danny Kelly, Betty Johnson and Frankie Rife.
He is survived by: his parents, Dennis Kelly of Slate Creek and Denise Lee Liptak (Tim) of Roanoke, VA.; his aunt Debbie Johnson; his pet Roland; his daughter Zoey Anderson of Haysi, VA; his siblings, Anthony Kelly (Kylie) of Roanoke, VA, Jasmine Pennington, Megan Minnix and Morgan White of Nashville, TN; his niece Deanna Kelly; his nephew Tyler Kelly of Elliston, VA.; his grandmother Georgia Irene Riffe Lee of Grundy, VA; his uncle Donald Kelly; his aunt Shirley Horn; and his cousins, Wendy Looney, Chrissie Cecil, Kitty Price and Jake Redmond. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
