He is survived by: his wife Ruby Yates Owens of Oakwood, VA; his sons, Anthony Dewayne Owens of Oakwood, VA and Kevin Bradley Owens of Grundy, VA.; and his grandchildren, Kasara Maranda Owens, Hunter Bradley Owens and Kevin Levi Owens. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
