It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Evelyn Sprinkle Brown of Oakwood, Virginia, born in Belfry, Kentucky, who passed away on February 21, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Glen Hugh and Katie Emmaline Coley Sprinkle; her husband Robert William Brown; and her siblings, Edith Link, Lorraine Williamson, Virginia Haney, Carl, Joe, Claude, Glen Jr., Don and Bill Sprinkle.
She is survived by: her children, Dianne Creed (Harold) of Abingdon, VA, Dottie Wallace (Mark) of Spencer, NC and William Richard Brown of Raven, VA; her sister Nina Barrow of North Charleston, SC.; her grandchildren, Shane Matthew Brown and Shannon Richell Brown; her children, Joey Creed, Kelli Creed, Christopher Wallace and Aaron Wallace; and her great grandchildren, Tyler Creed, Abigail Brown, William Wallace, KariJo Creed, Londyn Brown, Eva Wallace and Isaac Wallace. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
