She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert Proffitt and Horn Barker. She is survived by: her husband Ira Charles Rowe of Oakwood, VA; her children, Ashley Marie Rowe (Preston Lloyd) of Richlands, VA and Alex Payton Rowe of Charlottesville, VA; her siblings, Annette Matney Dye (Jessie) of Swords Creek, VA, Lisa Dotson (Jimmy) of Fenton, MI, Steve Proffitt (Pattie) of Whitewood, VA and Robby Proffitt of Fenton, MI.; her parents-in-law, Phyllis and Willie Rowe of Patterson, VA; and her grandchildren, Hudson Parker Lloyd and Caroline Elizabeth Lloyd. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In observance of COVID-19 restrictions, social distancing will be observed, and the wearing of masks is required for attendance.
