It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dannie Harold Calhoun of Oakwood, Virginia, who passed away on January 12, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin D. Calhoun and Edith J. Tittle Calhoun; and his sister Nathenia Thompson. He is survived by: his son Tim Calhoun (June) of Pensacola, FL; and his brothers, Kermit D. Calhoun (Judy) of Bristol, VA and Ted Calhoun. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In Lieu of flowers the family has requested donations be made to The American Red Cross or The Alzheimer's Research Foundation.
