He is survived by: his son Billy Wayne Winchester, Jr. (Brandy) of Elizabethton, TN; his siblings, Phyllis Winchester of Elizabethton, TN, Sandra Cox of Vansant, VA, Dan Winchester of Liberty, SC, Bobby Winchester (Juanita) of Pounding Mill, VA and Larry Winchester (Rebah) of Elizabethton, TN.; his grandchildren, Noah, Jacob, Ireland, Jayla, Angelina, Nevaeh, Emileah and Bryson; and his great grandchild Athena. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
