He is survived by: his wife Geneva Addison Ratliff of Oakwood, VA; his children, Rebecca Street (Hershel) of Oakwood, VA, Katherine Viers (Charles) of Oakwood, VA, Gregory Ratliff (Frances) of Richlands, VA, Jeffery Ratliff (Cindy) of Cedar Bluff, VA and Keith Ratliff (Teresa) of Vansant, VA; his brother Eugene "Shorty" Ratliff (Connie) of Oakwood, VA.; his sisters-in-law, Nita Ratliff of Oakwood, VA and Ann Ratliff of Raven, VA; and his grandchildren, Christina Bane, Sharlotta Wheeler, Matthew Holden, Brett Ratliff, Kayla Gamble, Haley Cooper, Jessica Rose, Amy Stiltner, Julie Sexton, Russell Street, Jamey Viers, Chris Viers, Matthew Viers and Ryan Ratliff. He is also survived by nineteen great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and friends.
