He is survived by: his wife Billie Ruth Whited Cook of Oakwood, VA; his son Glenn Edward Cook (Andrea) of Cedar Bluff, VA; his grandson Aidan Riley Cook of Cedar Bluff; his siblings, Nell Hurt (Earl) of Oakwood, VA, Anna Cook of Washington, D. C. and Jack Cook (Betty) of Fort Myers, FL; and his close friend Randall Dye (Brenda) of Swords Creek, VA.. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Garden United Methodist Church.
