He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Victor Dando and Ruth Dando; his brother Steven Dando; his wife Nancy Dando of Lawrence, KS; his children, David, Kimberly Dando, Jeffrey, Diana Dando, Kirsten and Jason Blue; his grandchildren, Ryan Andrews, Jessica, Christopher Oplak, Mark, Taylor Plummer, Michael, Eve Plummer, Megan, Nick Fox and Benjamin Blue; his great grandchildren, Caleb, Braeden, Adam, Daniella, Elijah Oplak, Mercy, Justice, Able, Liberty, Turner Andrews, Alexa, William, Hunter, Valerie, Ace, Mayson, Steven and Sue Dando; his brother Wally Dando; and his son Kelvin Dando.
Due to the Commonwealth of Virginia's current COVID-19 restrictions, Money and King Funeral Home is limited to 50 people for both visitations and funeral services.
