It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arlene Frazee Black of Oakton, Virginia, born in Middletown, New York, who passed away on October 26, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, James Stuart and Inez Alberta Frazee (Wheaton); her husband MacKnight Black of Oakton, Virginia; her children, Louise Black McRee of Clearwater, David Scott Black of Great Falls and Samuel MacKnight Black of Oakton, Virginia; and her stepchildren, Andrew Parrish Black of Manchester, Lucy Black Samara of South Burlington and Douglas MacKnight Black of Ipswich, Massachusetts. She was also cherished by ten grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
