He is survived by: his wife Vickie Faye Annis; his parents, Wilson Lee Annis and Nina May Ruark; his son Richard Brydon Annis of Pocomoke; his brother Dale Annis (Sharon) of Ellendale, DE; and his stepchildren, Lynette Stewart, Glenn Stewart and Jamie Stewart.
