He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Junior Swearengin and Sybil Woods Hall; his brother Gerald Everett Hall (Jerry); and his daughter-in-law Kimberly Karol Swearengin. He is survived by: his wife Joan Snead Swearengin; his sons, Steven Wayne Swearengin and Allen Edward Swearengin; and his sister Ruth Webster (Mel).
